Understanding the Role of Intraspecific Disease Transmission and Quarantine on the Dynamics of Eco-Epidemiological Fractional Order Model

An eco-epidemiological model involving competition regarding the predator and quarantine on infected prey is studied. The divided into three compartments, namely susceptible, infected, prey, while only attacks due to its weak condition caused by disease. To include memory effect, Caputo fractional derivative employed. validated showing existence, uniqueness, non-negativity, boundedness of solution. Three equilibrium points are obtained, predator-disease-free, predator-free-endemic, predator-endemic points, which, respectively, represent extinction both disease, only, existence all compartments. local global stability properties investigated using Matignon Lyapunov direct method. numerical simulations a predictor–corrector scheme provided not confirm analytical findings but also explore more dynamical behaviors, such as impact intraspecific competition, occurrence bifurcations.
